Aladdin95 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and aladdin95 ("Platform", "we" or "Company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the aladdin95 online betting platform, including all games, services and features available therein.

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or simply by using the aladdin95 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms and conditions. Acceptance of these terms is an absolute requirement for using the aladdin95 platform and its services.

• Registering an account in your own name only — registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Never having had an account banned, restricted, or suspended by aladdin95 for a terms violation.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on aladdin95. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any available balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your identity document (MyKad / passport)
• A valid date of birth
• An active and valid email address
• A Malaysian mobile number registered in your name
• Valid Malaysian bank account or e-wallet details

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed. You will need to submit a copy of your MyKad (front and back) along with proof of your bank account or e-wallet. The KYC review process is typically completed within 1–3 business days.

Aladdin95 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods to make depositing easy. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

All successful deposits will be credited to your aladdin95 account instantly or within the stated timeframe. Aladdin95 does not cover any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers. Deposits that fail due to incorrect information provided by the user will not be automatically refunded — please contact aladdin95 customer support for assistance.

Aladdin95 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. The following terms govern the withdrawal process on the aladdin95 platform:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 every transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal limit is RM30,000 per day and RM100,000 per week for standard accounts.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals via bank transfer (DuitNow / FPX) are typically processed within 2 to 24 hours on business days.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for your original deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by the aladdin95 team.

Aladdin95 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all aladdin95 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• The wagering requirement is typically between 15x to 30x the bonus value received, depending on the promotion type.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have not previously made any deposit on aladdin95.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash.

• All bonuses come with a validity period as stipulated — unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements within this period will expire automatically.

All games available on the aladdin95 platform — including slots, baccarat, roulette, football Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL), badminton, E-Sports, virtual sports and jackpots — are subject to the following rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be manipulated by any party, including aladdin95 itself.
• All settled game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, aladdin95 reserves the right to void the round and refund the wagered amount to the user's account.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and will be clearly displayed within each game's interface.
• Aladdin95 is not liable for any losses arising from fair and legitimate game outcomes.

Use of the aladdin95 platform is subject to strict behavioural guidelines. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance freezing without notice:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to automate gameplay or betting.
• Opening or using more than one account under the same or different identities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Using credit card details, bank accounts, or e-wallets that do not belong to you to make a deposit.
• Making false claims or providing inaccurate information to the aladdin95 support team.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt or compromise the security or integrity of the aladdin95 platform.
• Money laundering or any financial activity that is illegal under Malaysian law.

Your aladdin95 account may be closed or suspended in the following circumstances:

• At the user's request: You may close your account at any time by contacting the aladdin95 support team. Any eligible balance will be returned following a review.
• Self-Exclusion: Aladdin95 supports responsible gambling. You may request a temporary self-exclusion (30, 90 or 180 days) or a permanent exclusion through your account settings or by contacting support.
• Terms violation: Aladdin95 reserves the right to close any account that violates these terms without prior notice. Funds involved in fraudulent activity will not be refunded.
• Inactive: Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee of RM5 per month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, aladdin95 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from fair and valid game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, third-party technical failures or circumstances beyond aladdin95's control (force majeure).
• Loss or theft of login credentials due to the user's own negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the aladdin95 platform.

Aladdin95's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Aladdin95 respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are governed by Privacy Policy aladdin95, which forms part of these terms.

By using the aladdin95 platform, you agree that aladdin95 may collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification (KYC)
• Processing of deposit and withdrawal transactions
• Fraud prevention and platform security

• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
